Your photo

The free preview is processed in memory and never stored. When you start a purchase, the cropped photo and the print sheet are stored on our server only so that you can download them, and are deleted automatically 24 hours later. We do not use your photo for anything else, do not share it and do not train any model on it. Under the GDPR you can ask for earlier deletion through the contact address on your receipt.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We receive the confirmation of payment and your email address, never your card details.

What you buy

For 7.99 USD, one digital photo cropped to the format you chose and one 4 x 6 in print sheet. We do not guarantee acceptance by any authority: the issuing office decides, based in particular on lighting, expression and background, which depend on the photo you provide. If the file does not match the stated size, or if the form or the authority rejects the photo, we refund it in full on request within 30 days (forward the rejection message if you have one).

Complaints and mediation

Write to the contact address on your receipt: every written complaint receives a reply within 7 working days.

The appointment of our consumer mediator (article L612-1 of the French consumer code) is in progress; their details will appear here as soon as we have joined.

If you live in another European Union country, the European Consumer Centre France (europe-consommateurs.eu) can help you free of charge with a cross-border dispute.

These terms are governed by French law; you keep the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
